Pastor Lindsay O. Green
Born on September 4, 1938, the fourth of seven children to Wilbert and Marie Green in Hume, Va. Lindsay was educated through the Fauquier County School system. He attended one year of college at the Compton Junior College in Compton, CA before enlisting and serving in the Air Force, in Radio Tele-Communications for six years. 
Preaching his first sermon in 1978, Lindsay was ordained in 1980 as the Second National Ketoctan Association meetings convened, hosted at Mount Morris Baptist Church, His first pastorate was at Guildfield Baptist Church in Millwood, Va. He remained pastor there for 12 1/2 years until he was called to Mount Morris Baptist Church in October 1992. In 1983 he accepted the call to preach at Trough Hill Baptist Church in Crest Hill, Va twice a month in  and he continues to serve as their pastor also. 
Lindsay was married to the late Carolyn Julius Green 23 years. He remarried January 15, 2005 to Reva Carter Green, First Lady of Mount Morris Baptist Church. 
Elder Green has earned his masters degree from Vision Bible University in CA and received his doctorate from 2nd Guildfield Biblical College. He has attended the Fran Ray Minister's conference in Memphis TN for the past six years and the past nine years he has attended the WHW Expository Preaching and Teaching Convention in Los Angeles, CA. 
Elder Green is totally sold out to the cause of preaching the gospel.  He stated, “You may see me doing other things, but I am only fit for preaching the gospel and telling people of the good news.  I take seriously the exhortation that Paul gave Timothy in 2 Timothy 4:2-8.” 
Mount Morris continues to grow spiritually and in number under the leadership of Pastor Lindsay O'Neil Green.
